2. Digital Goods

Our website offers digital goods, including but not limited to leathercraft patterns and instructions (“Patterns”). By purchasing these Patterns, you agree to the following terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the purchased Patterns for personal use as well as to create items for sale. However, you are strictly prohibited from distributing or reselling the Patterns themselves in any shape or form, including but not limited to selling acrylic templates made from the Patterns. Additionally, copying any graphical element of the pattern files, including logos, formatting, and general layout, is strictly prohibited.

4. Workshops

If the Patterns are used to conduct workshops, a copy of the Pattern must be purchased for each participant, acting as a license for their use.

5. DIY Kits

You may create and sell Do-It-Yourself (DIY) kits that include materials for making the finished product using the Patterns. However, because the Pattern is a core part of the kit, a separate Pattern license (i.e., one purchased Pattern) is required for each individual kit you sell. This ensures that the design work is compensated fairly for each unit distributed, aligning with the principle that redistribution of the Pattern itself is prohibited.

6. No Returns or Refunds

All sales of Patterns are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once the Patterns have been purchased.

7. Sold “As Is”

The Patterns are sold as-is, and no customization service is provided.
