A travel story
In July 2016, I left Montreal on a bicycle eager to explore the world and expand my horizons.
Every now and then I would stop in a hostel and make postcards with flowers that I collected along the way to the delight of my friends on the receiving end.
Little by little and country after country, I picked up new skills and experimented with different styles techniques and materials.
It is in South America that I started working with leather, learning from the artesanos of the provinces I was traveling in and making keychains to offer as a little token of my appreciation to the people that I met.
Eventually, I took my tools out of my rucksack and settled on the beautiful island of Gran Canaria. There, I found an ideal place to craft a variety of objects inspired by the fauna, flora, landscapes and life of the island.
