Great customer service and instructions for this gem, this is a bit more advanced than other patterns, but instructions were clear and this cute llama turned out lovely!
Haven’t made it yet, but I looked over the pattern and it looks very clear and easy to follow. I’m especially happy that it is also offered in DMX format so I can cut it on my laser and save my hands a little bit of stress.
