The chalk bag was a very fun and challenging item to make. And forced me to learn new techniques which is awesome. I also made a load of mistakes . Which I forced into the overall design of what I made. I think it looks great.
This is a challenging pattern, but by all means doable and comes with detailed instructions. Different sewing techniques as well as different materials have to be used, so this is perfect for honing one’s skills in leathercraft.
I’ve made three bags so far this pattern is awesome
